Passenger Information

Deposit
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required to reserve your stateroom. The remainder of the balance is due 90 days prior to departure. If you are booking 90 days or fewer prior to departure you must pay in full.

Cancellations / Refunds
Per person cancellation charges:

Travel to Canada
If you are planning to travel on one of our trips to Canada's Gulf Islands, Desolation Sound or to Southeast Alaska you will be required to bring your passport. You will need to furnish us with your passport number 30 days prior to departure. These cruises travel through Canada and both the US and Canadian governments require proof of citizenship to pass through their boarders.

Please be aware that Canada may refuse entry of passengers who have been convicted of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or have been convicted of a felony. If this may be an issue please call our reservations office for options.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE REFUSED ENTRY INTO CANADA OR THE UNITED STATES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR DENIAL OF ENTRY.

Smoking
The David B is a smoke-free boat. Smoking will not be allowed on the boat. Passengers who wish to smoke may do so only ashore.

Special Diets
If you require a special diet please notify us when you reserve so our chef can consult with you about your dietary needs.

Cell Phones
For the courtesy of other passengers cell phones will only be allowed to be used on the fore deck, in staterooms or ashore.

Tipping
Tipping is encouraged. Depending on your experience a 10-15% tip is suggested.
